On March 4, 2023, the Bhaglaxami NGO organized an eye checkup camp at the Grampanchayat in Zhumki. The objective of the camp was to provide free eye checkups and consultations to the local community.

A total of 16 patients were examined during the camp. Out of them, 5 patients required spectacles, 3 patients were diagnosed with cataract and 2 patients needed fundus examination. No patients were diagnosed with Pterygium or Squint during the camp.

In addition to the above, the camp also attended to 6 other patients with different eye-related issues, who were provided with appropriate treatment and advice.

The camp was well-received by the local community, and the Bhaglaxami NGO aims to continue organizing such camps in the future, as part of its efforts to promote good eye health and provide access to quality healthcare to those who need it.
