On 21/01/2023., the Bhaglaxami NGO conducted an eye checkup camp at Grampanchayat Bahadura Nagpur. The camp aimed to provide free eye checkups and consultations to the elderly residents of the Vriddhashram.

During the camp, a total of 48 patients were examined. Out of them, 18 patients required spectacles, and 5 patients were diagnosed with cataract. None of the patients were diagnosed with Pterygium or Squint during the camp. Additionally, 6 patients received a fundus examination, and 17 other patients with different eye-related issues were provided with appropriate treatment and advice.

The camp was successful in addressing the eye health needs of the elderly residents of the Vriddhashram. The Bhaglaxami NGO is committed to continuing such camps in the future to promote good eye health and provide access to quality healthcare to those who need it.
